What is Peptriva?

Peptriva is a US-based research peptide marketplace. We sell ISO 17025-verified, ≥99% HPLC pure peptides to research labs, biotech companies, and qualified researchers. Every lot ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis and FedEx 2-day delivery within the US.

How fast does my order ship?

Verified orders placed before 5pm ET ship the same business day via FedEx 2-day. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–5 business days.

Where does Peptriva ship?

All 50 US states + DC via FedEx. We don't ship internationally — customs vary widely for research compounds and we don't want to risk your package.

Why is this product research only?

Because we supply laboratory reference compounds, not finished medicines. The products we sell are not FDA-approved drug products and are not manufactured, labeled, or sold for human or veterinary treatment — so the only lawful way to offer them is as research-use-only (RUO) materials, the same long-established category that mainstream life-science suppliers use for analytical standards and in-vitro reagents. That's why every product is labeled "Research Use Only — not for human or veterinary use," carries no dosing guidance or therapeutic claims, and is sold only to buyers who confirm they're qualified researchers aged 21+. We provide a verified, lot-tested compound with a third-party Certificate of Analysis; lawful use within a controlled research setting is the researcher's responsibility — which is exactly what keeps the product on the right side of the FD&C Act, which prohibits marketing unapproved new drugs for human use.

How do I know the COA is real?

Every lot is verified by a third-party ISO 17025-accredited lab — Peptriva never issues COAs in-house. The COA included with your order has the issuing lab's name, accreditation number, and contact info so you can verify it directly.

What's your return policy?

Research compounds can't be re-stocked once they leave our facility — all sales are final, industry-wide. If a lot fails its COA specs after release you get an automatic replacement plus refund.

How should I store products on arrival?

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for ~30 days. For longer storage: refrigerate (2–8°C) or freeze (-20°C). Full storage protocol ships in the box.

Where is my order tested and shipped from?

Every lot is independently tested in the US by an ISO 17025–accredited partner lab before release. Orders ship from our California warehouse via FedEx 2-day — tracked and insured, to all 50 US states.
